Returns & Exchanges
Apparel Returns
Eligible Legacy Cold Company apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returned apparel must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. Reasonable trying-on is permitted. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning apparel because they changed their mind or ordered the wrong size. Please submit a return request through our website before sending merchandise back.
Sticker Returns
All Legacy Cold Company sticker purchases are final sale for ordinary change-of-mind returns. If stickers arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers may request an appropriate resolution through our website. Complimentary stickers included with apparel orders have no separate refund value. Nothing in this policy limits rights provided under applicable law.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
At Legacy Cold Company, we stand behind the products we create. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please submit a request through our website with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may be included when available. We will review the request and arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Legacy Cold Company will cover reasonable return or replacement shipping costs when resolving verified damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled orders.

Legacy Cold Company apparel is produced and prepared with care. Please allow approximately 7–14 business days for production and order processing before shipment. Shipping transit time is additional and depends on the selected shipping method and destination.
Shipping Delay Notifications
If we anticipate a delay beyond the shipping timeframe provided for your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and applicable options.
Shipping
Shipping only. Free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. merchandise orders of $60 or more after discounts and before taxes. Expedited shipping is excluded. Other available rates are displayed at checkout.
Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details when you place an order or sign up for our VIP list.
We also collect usage data (pages visited, products viewed) to improve your shopping experience.
