Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your Legacy Cold Co. order. Here is what you need to know about returns.
Custom, personalized, uploaded-design, and made-to-order items are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Because these items are made specifically for you, they usually cannot be resold.
Final sale items include:
Blank, non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery or pickup as long as they are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition.

Ready-made Legacy Cold Co. stickers may be returned within 30 days if they are unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Custom stickers, uploaded-design stickers, personalized stickers, and UV DTF custom sticker orders are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returnable (within 30 days, unused):
- Ready-made Legacy Cold Co. stickers
- Non-custom sticker products
- Unused, unapplied stickers
Final sale (unless damaged/defective):
- Custom stickers
- Uploaded-design stickers
- Personalized stickers
- UV DTF custom sticker orders
- Applied or peeled stickers
Blank bags and blank accessories may be returned within 30 days if they are unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Customized bags and customized accessories are final sale unless damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Returnable (within 30 days, unused):
- Blank bags & totes
- Blank aprons
- Blank koozies / can holders
- Blank accessories
Final sale (unless damaged/defective):
- Bags with DTF designs
- Bags with uploaded artwork
- Personalized accessories
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at legacycoldco@gmail.com as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it.
If the issue was caused by Legacy Cold Co., we will work with you to make it right. This may include a replacement, correction, or refund depending on the situation.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a Legacy Cold Co. mistake, damaged item, defective item, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.
Local pickup returns can be arranged by contacting legacycoldco@gmail.com.

- Item being returned
- Reason for return
- Photos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Order Policies
Turnaround Time
Most orders are completed within 5–7 business days after payment and proof approval if a proof is required.
Proof Policy
Custom orders may receive a proof before production. Production begins after proof approval when a proof is required.
Rush Order Policy
Rush orders are prioritized when available. Rush timing may depend on order size, blank availability, artwork quality, and proof approval.
Pickup Policy
Pickup details will be confirmed when your order is ready.
Shipping Policy
Shipping time may vary depending on production time, order size, and carrier delivery times.
Artwork Quality Policy
Uploaded artwork should be clear and high quality. Low-quality files may require review before production.
Privacy Policy
We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, email, shipping address, and payment details when you place an order or sign up for our VIP list.
We also collect usage data (pages visited, products viewed) to improve your shopping experience.
We use your information to process orders, send order updates, provide customer support, and (with your consent) send marketing emails about new drops and exclusive deals.
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers (payment processors, shipping carriers) who help us fulfill your orders.
We retain order and account information as needed to provide our services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
